Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14-days from the order’s date of delivery.
Items that were sent back for return or exchange will be inspected and checked. An email will be sent to you informing you whether your return or exchange has been approved or rejected.
For approved refunds, the amount will be returned using the **original mode of payment** used.
For rejected refunds, the product/s will be shipped back to your listed delivery address; please note that logistics charges may need to be borne by you.
Return and exchange processes are **free of cost** for approved exchanges.
For approved exchange requests, the value of the returned item will be issued as **store credit**. This store credit can be used to place a new order for the exchange item.
If an item is processed for both return and exchange but the exchange is later cancelled and only the return is completed, a return shipping fee of **30 AED** will apply.

IMPORTANT: All item/s for return or exchange outside of the UAE will have to be shipped back by the customer. Any shipping costs (including import taxes) will have to be borne by the customer.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for a different size.
